Contract Conclusion
Bookings are definitive from the moment of the mutual agreement (also
oral promises). As guarantee for the Hotel Marmotte we ask our
clients at the reservation conclusion for a reconfirmation, either with
the complete credit card details or a prepayment of 50% of the total
arrangement.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
